We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, here’s our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase
     

Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return
 

Return Shipping
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

  • We’ll cover shipping for any approved replacement items
     

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect or defective items

  • Size exchanges, subject to availability
     

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:​

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a quality issue:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Email info@dixiedriftoutdoors.com with your order number and clear photos

  • We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund

  • Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
